Michelangelo, som er sønn av Carlo Bergonzi, følger faren inn i Stradivari-verkstedet etter 1745, men er i sitt korte liv mot slutten av Cremonas blomstringstid, sterkt influert også av Guarneri del Gesùs arbeider. The son of Carlo Bergonzi, Michelangelo joins his father in the Stradivari workshop after 1745 but draws strongly on the work of Guarneri del Gesù during his short life at the end of the classical Cremonese period. Made in the same year as the Terminator del Gesù, this rare and important example of Bergonzi’s work is still in very fine condition. Read more.
